HOW DOES THE SHIPPING WORK
All orders will be scheduled for shipment in 1-3 business days after the order is placed.
Once your order has been shipped out from our warehouse, you will receive an automated shipping notification to your email. This will contain your tracking information! *Please double check your spam/promotions folders.
SHIPPING COST
Shipping cost is based on the weight of the product(s) and is calculated automatically in the checkout.
We offer free shipping in the US for orders over $200!
SHIPPING TIME
US orders: Once your order has been shipped out, it generally takes between 2-5 business days to be delivered.
International orders: Once shipped, it could take up to 7-15 business days to be delivered. (Update on international shipping below!)
**The delivery times are subject to change depending on carrier reliability; based on extreme delays caused by weather, overall package volume, or peak periods such as Valentine's Day, Father's Day, and Christmas.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We’re currently in the process of rolling out international shipping. At the moment we’re shipping to the following countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, and most countries within the EU.
June 2024 - New International Shipping Updates:
- Some of our products are now stored in local warehouses in the UK, Germany, and Canada for faster delivery (3-8 business days).
- We ship to most EU countries from our German warehouse
- If you order multiple products, and one is in a local warehouse while another is in our US warehouse, you will receive them at different times.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
IMPORTANT: For all international orders, please be aware that your order may be subject to duties or tariffs, which can vary depending on the country you reside in. It is the customer's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the customs rules and regulations for their country and to ensure the payment of any duties or taxes that may apply to their order. Holme & Hadfield will not be able to provide refunds based on any duties or tariffs imposed by your country's customs authorities.
Returns
We accept returns within 28 days of the purchase date. We will provide return labels for returns made within this period. Please ensure the product is returned unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. Any damages to the product may affect the total refund amount depending on the condition.

Refunds
Any refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the return back to our warehouse. Please ensure the product is in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
International Returns
Customers will have to pay for international return labels if they wish to return the product within 28 days of the purchase date. This is because our warehouses are based in the US.
Damaged Products
If an order arrives damaged, we will offer a replacement for the damaged part, the entire product, or a refund.
Accidental Damage
We do not cover any accidental damage made by the customer. However, we can offer a replacement part for the same model at a cost, depending on the availability of the product.
Product Upgrades
We do not offer product upgrades, and this is not covered under the lifetime warranty.
Manufacturing Defects
In case of any defects related to product design, we will offer a replacement.
