SHIPPING TIMELINE
All orders will be scheduled for shipment in 1-3 business days after the order is placed.
US orders: Once your order has been shipped out, it generally takes between 2-5 business days to be delivered.
International orders: Once shipped, it could take up to 7-15 business days to be delivered.

Shipping costs are based on product weight and calculated automatically at checkout.
We offer free shipping in the US for orders over $200!

RETURNS
We accept returns within 28 days of the purchase date. We will provide return labels for returns made within this period. Please ensure the product is returned unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. If the product is damaged by customer or not in original condition, we may issue a partial refund.

REFUNDS
Any refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the return back to our warehouse. Please ensure the product is in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
International Returns
Customers will have to pay for international return labels if they wish to return the product within 28 days of the purchase date. This is because our warehouses are based in the US.
Damaged Products
If an order arrives damaged, we will offer a replacement for the damaged part, the entire product, or a refund.
Accidental Damage
We do not cover any accidental damage made by the customer. However, we can offer a replacement part for the same model at a cost, depending on the availability of the product.
Manufacturing DefectsIn the rare case of a design or production flaw, we will gladly send you a free replacement.
